Reginald Muzariri

Chartered accountant with over two decades of transaction advisory leadership across Africa. He has led financial modelling, valuation, capital raising, commercial due diligence, and negotiation strategy on complex infrastructure and corporate finance mandates. His work spans public-private partnerships, fund oversight, and asset finance, alongside board-level experience in healthcare and professional services.

Reginald’s career began in audit and advisory, progressing through senior roles that shaped his disciplined, risk-aware approach to capital deployment and long-term asset performance.

Gary S. Goodman, CPA

A CPA with a foundation in public accounting who transitioned into fund operations and equities trading. He runs an active investment platform focused on market opportunities in global equities and has served as an advisor to offshore funds trading across Europe, the United States, and Asia. His background blends rigorous accounting discipline with hands-on market execution.

Gary’s long-term advisory work includes multi-jurisdictional fund oversight and portfolio strategy support, underpinned by a career in financial services leadership.

K. Lee Noble

Former EY and HSBC professional who has spent three decades building, scaling, and exiting businesses across manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and technology. He has led high-growth ventures, engineered strategic turnarounds, and delivered strong returns through operational and financial leadership.

Today he is launching an investment platform focused on value creation in private businesses across the UK and UAE, while working closely with family enterprises and offices to build resilient, multi-generational systems through Human Accelerators.
